Job Title: Account Executive
Department: Advertising
Reports To: Client Services Manager
Summary:
The Account Executive is responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients and overseeing the execution of advertising campaigns. The Account Executive will work closely with the creative team, media buyer, and other agency staff to ensure that campaigns meet the client’s needs and objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients
- Understand client’s business goals and objectives
- Gather and analyze marketing data
- Create and present marketing plans
- Manage the execution of advertising campaigns
- Track and measure campaign results
- Negotiate contracts with clients
- Represent the agency to clients and other stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Higher Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in advertising, marketing, sales or customer service role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Digital Marketing experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
